Today we visited Mann Eyes Deerbrook location for my childrens yearly eye exams. The OD, Christina Guerrero, gave us very personalized attention by taking the time to patiently answer all of my questions, in detail. She was also very good with children. My daughters are ages 9 and 11. There was also an angel of a woman named Dazie, who very patiently spent about 45 minutes teaching my 11 year old to use contacts. When my daughter became overwhelmed and began to cry, Dazie got up, walked around the desk, kneeled down and began patting her on the back. She was calm and encouraging the entire time. Yall! Pay this woman more money - she deserves a raise!

My husband had his eye exam at their beautiful new location in The Woodlands this week. he ordered his contact lens to be delivered, expected to take up to 10 days. We were pleasantly surprised when his contact lens order arrived the next day before noon! so impressed!

I enjoyed my annual check up.The only challenge is the check-in procedures that I must repeat twice: first on my phone and then again in person at the counter. Same steps. Also, I must enter my Social Security number. Why? This is no longer necessary.I survived identity theft, so the computers making these decisions at Mann EI ignore humans. STOP asking for personal information that gets stored or sold!Other than getting through prompts and hurdles with Chelsea at your side, the staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, and attentive. Brace yourself for heavy typing and data entry. Youll do it twice like its practice for your eyes.
