I have been here twice so far. My first time was a regular eye visit for wellness and refraction for a new pair of glasses. My appointment went very smoothly and I didnt spend that much time waiting to be seen. The technicians were all very friendly and Dr. Taylor had a great demeanor as well. My glasses prescription was also correct, which may seem like a given but my last optometrist got my prescription wrong, so I really value accuracy.brbrMy second visit was for some special testing required for a residency application. After I made the call, I was seen the very next morning and did not have to wait at all for the special testing to be done.brbrOverall I think Mann Eye 2 is a great place for a general eye checkup, especially if you value fast service and friendly staff like I do!

They staff that prepared you for the eye exam was great. They were friendly and attentive to our needs. They staff in the front that assist you with purchasing your frames need to work on their customer service skills. One lady was friendly and I was hoping she helped us, however, the others were not as helpful and did not interact as she did.

Got my exam there, because they accept my insurance and Mark and Dr. Kwan were great!

The eye appointment went fairly smoothly and quickly. I did not have to wait to be seen. The appointment actually started early. Dr. Taylor and her staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend anyone to come her. My whole family comes here
