The overall experience was nice. The environment is welcoming and quiet. It appears theyve scheduled patients appropriately due to COVID19. The attention to insurance was clear. They have a deal on lens if you catch it before the end of the year. Pretty awesome deal!Ms. Chase (primarily works out of Tomball but came to Pearland to cover for other staff) is awesome. She is very passionate about her job and is willing to help her fellow coworkers when needed. Dr. Tai was great at listening and is patient when I did not know when 1 or 2 looked better. Smile.All in all, the experience was great, the doctor and technician were great, and Ms. Chase topped it off with a nice deal in coordination with my frames. It looks like Ill be leaving with prescribed lens/ sunglasses as well. Check them out!

The tech was awesome and super friendly, but when it came time to buy my glasses, they didn't have a person to do the transaction so I couldn't buy them. They are still very good, but they need to fix this. Now I have to go back to have them again

Very easy scheduling process. Appointment was quick and efficient. Staff was pleasant. They made me feel all Covid precautions were taken.

By far the best experience Ive had ! The facility was very clean and everyone took great care in keeping us safe and sanitized! Sandra made me so comfortable and was very patient and easy to explain my concerns to. FYI for those that are in corporate and reading this, PLEASE provide her a table that sits high enough for her to at least stand while typing ! I felt so sorry for her hunched over while in the exam room attempting to type all the information I was telling her! Over all I will continue to visit this location and I was very happy with the entire visit !
