The Dr. and Ashley were great! However, the guy at the front desk kept trying to charge me with things my insurance covered. I even called my insurance while I was there. Also the Dr. Told me my prescription was ready to front to which the guy in front told me he would email it on Monday! Thereby taking away a full weekend that I could have shopped for new glasses. I did not care for his behavior. And if not for Dr. Mosqueda and Ashley I would rank you much lower!!!!

Joy was exceptional in assisting me choose my glasses(3 pairs). She went above and beyond, guiding me throughout the entire process. She even sent back one pair of my glasses because she wasnt completely satisfied with the shape of the lenses! That is resplendent service, and I cant say enough good things about Joy and MannEye Institute at the Pearland location on Broadway.
