Aaliyah the employee who handles measuring and searching for frames is the friendliest most knowledgeable person at what she does. Mann Eye of Pearland gets a lot right from a customer service perspective. Carmen provided a comprehensive exam and was proactive and efficient in her care. Aaliyah worked with me on a glasses refit after I experienced some issues. The communication to resolve this issue was top notch and I knew what was going on every step of the way.
