Alexandria was very informative and restored my faith in this place, for now. I still dont care for the fact that my doctor didnt perform part of my eye exam herself during my first visit.

I have nothing but good things to say about the office manager Megan of the Mann Eye Institute in north Austin. Megan was genuine and helped me out when she heard someone had alterior motives for me with my glasses. A coworker damaged my new glasses and Megan went out of her way to make sure I received new glasses at a seriously reduced cost. She understood and felt bad and her management stills were outstanding. It takes a special person to look beyond and help someone they dont know out. Highly recommend!!
