The nurse/technician that checked my vision was both friendly and professional. Dr. Beavers was great. He gave me a thorough eye exam, didn't try to sell me on unneeded procedures and answered all my questions. I'm totally satisfied with my experience.

I highly recommend getting LASIK at Mann. The staff were great and I had a quick recovery. I would not, however, recommend them for your routine eye care. Both times Ive been to the north location Ive had to wait an hour to be seen despite scheduling my appointments in advance. Its also hard to reach out to ask questions (have to go through a chat bot to maybe get to someone).Edit: added a star because they waived my imaging fee to make up for the wait time. The staff are great. I hope they can do something to make things more efficient!
