All of the staff that Ive dealt with so far have been extremely friendly and helpful. I have not had my surgery yet, but expect the same from the hospital staff.My only concern is that Im not that familiar with north Austin, and Im going to four different places to have my two eyes operated on, so each time was a little stressful finding the location. Thank goodness for GPS!

Doctor and stuff was very helpful, and provided me a good discount and full detail for my surgery. So far I am very happy with Mann Eye Institute.
