I was happy with the services I received at Mann Eye North, however, I was unhappy with the waiting room. It was crowded and no one was cleaning the chairs after use. There was no air filter for the area. The registration area is in the same general area as the frame sales area. Everything was too close. Or too many people were scheduled. It made me very nervous.

I havent had my cataract surgery yet, but I would say that Megan, the pre-op tech was very friendly and helpful. Courtney was also very helpful. The whole office has a friendly feel.
