All the staff members were friendly, joyful, and patient. It was my first visit to Mann's Institute (North Austin) and the team made me feel at home. Great facility.

The staff and doctor were nice and efficient, but the follow-up notes were not good. They were hand-written, with very few details and they forgot to add one of the doctor's recommendations. I had to ask the front desk person about it and it took her 3 trips to back to the doc/nurse to confirm what was missing and the directions. They need to formalize their follow-up recommendations; their method was rather sloppy.

I had a consult/evaluation with Dr. Tremblay.From the moment I step foot into Mann Eye until I walked out, every aspect of my visit was first class.The reception was welcoming. The gentleman who took all the tests was next level. Dr. Tremblay was outstanding and all his staff were amazing.I highly recommend!

Mann Eye is the only choice I would make for eye care. Dr. Beavers is fantastic & Im glad he is still practicing. Im not looking forward to his retirement!!!
