Very little wait time. The staff was very friendly and informative.Tests were done professionally. Doctor was patient and answered all of my questions.

This was my first visit to Mann Eye Institute-Deerbrook. From making my appointment to checking out was an amazing experience. The office was bright and immaculate and I was immediately greeted by the front desk associate. She was very pleasant and kind as she instructed me how to complete the necessary digital forms. The tech, Nolan greeted me next. He was friendly, professional and attentive as he performed my initial eye assessment. Then came Dr. Guerrero! She was fantastic! She too was very friendly and genuinely concerned about my eye health. She explained everything about my eye exam and provided excellent care. Last but not least was Elias the optician! He was very thorough as he advised me of my insurance benefits. He waited patiently as I tried on eye glass frames, answered my questions, and gave professional advice, all before finalizing my eye wear purchase with ease. In summary I had an amazing experience today from begging to end, at Mann Eye Institute Deerbrook. I will be back! If youre looking for an eye doctor or in search of new glasses, etc. I highly recommend this location!

The parking is a little tight, so arrive early. Angela. Karina, and Kayla at the front desk are very welcoming, and always greet me with a smile. Kendall took me through my scans and was possibly the nicest person Ive ever met. Brook and Dr. Rayan (Dr. Ryan) gave me a great exam, and answered all the questions I had. This location, and these players, are a winning team. The parking sucks though. But its worth it.
