Staff was very nice and very helpful. Explained what the procedure was going to be. Have not had the surgery yet, however.

From consult to surgery to follow up, everyone I worked with, spoke to, or was greeted by was warm and friendly! I came from out of town and the level of comfort I felt with each step in the process to get new sight was A+. Im seeing so good and its all thanks to God and Dr. Tremblay!

I went into see Dr. Tremblay at the suggestion of an ocular plastic surgeon for a very large floater that I have in my eye as a result of a procedure with another eye doctor to see if there was a safe way to remove it. Dr. Tremblay was very calm, examined my eye and then with a chart on the wall, explained what he believed was causing the long floater that makes it hard for me to see much of the time, and had his staff call a colleague at another practice who is an ocular surgeon that has a high success rate of fixing this particular problem and had them I call me to set up a consultation with that doctor. Until I saw Dr. Tremblay, I thought there was no hope of ever getting this obstruction in my eye fixed, but his calm optimism and reassurance gave me a lift and the hope that the other doctor might be able to help me. I think it is so important to explain what is happening to a patient the way that they can understand. Dr. Tremblay did that in a friendly calm and reassuring way. I think I will change from the eye doctor I was seeing that caused this floater to Doctor Tremblays office where I am not just a number, but made to feel like a person with real concerns that they address. I recommend Dr. Tremblay and his staff. They are very knowledgeable and caring.
