Caring, kind, professional and highly talented. I gave my trust and vision care over to Dr. Hunt and her splendid staff over 15 years ago. I know you would have thought this review would have been written earlier, yet I don't often review things on the internet. Usually, doesn't seem worth the effort, but for all of the kindness, understanding and tremendously skilled care that Dr. Hunt has provided for me over the years, I am truly grateful and indebted to her and her team. (I am a "problem child" with taking care of my contacts, over the road Tanker Driver and Motorcycle rider who WAS having constant problems with infections and injuries to my eyes). I would typically see them 4-6 times a year for a "self caused" issue. The staff and Good Dr. never belittled me, always treated me and patiently TAUGHT me how it could be better. It's been two years since I had to make an EMERGENCY appointment. It is a simple credit to the Staff at Mann Eye in Cleveland. Each of you know how much Shannon and I Love Y'all. (For the reader, They have cared for me, my Wife and our 5 children over the years with unmatched service and compassion.) Thank you Dr. Hunt, Miss Sandy, Miss Amanda, Miss Katie and Miss Jaclyn. I'm ashamed of how I used to care for my eyes, coming to you in horrible pain, sometimes on a moments notice, but I will always be PROUD to stand where I am today with you passionate professionals caring for my families vision care. Mann Eye of Cleveland is such a great office! The staff is so professional and courteous. They make it a point to get to know their patients and remember who you are! It was 2 years between my last appointment and my most recent appointment and they remembered my children who are not patients and asked about my family. They listen to all of my concerns and offer great feedback and advice. I love that they give honest opinion when you are choosing new glasses frames as well!

My office visit was a very rewarding experience. Thanks to Dr. Hunt, I felt much better in no time. She and her staff are very knowledgeable and take their job and responsibility to their patients very serious.
