I hadnt been to the eye doctor in over five years, so - I made an apointment, went in, the folks at the front desk took care of me and I didnt have a long wait until the clinicians/doctors were able to see me. Overall the experience was painless and fast (which was an absolute boon for me, considering I had to head bck to work afterward). While I was waiting for my appointment time (I showed up a little early), I watched the staff take care of, not only me, but treat the others who came in like very dear friends. There are so many ways a doctors office can care for their patients, and I just feel like these folks are getting it all right.
