Dr. Chang was very thorough with my eye exam. I was having a problem seeing and was scared, so I wanted a specialist. Thank goodness it was just severe dry eyes. She was very nice and calming. I really highly recommend her and Mann Eye Institute.

I miss Dr Chang so much, she was my doctor for almost 10 years. Very caring and extremely professional. Introduced her to my mother and she cared for her until her passing. Wish I could come back, insurance nightmare and I can't wake up.
