I had another exceptional experience at Mann Eye Institute. I had went twice in one week.From the moment I walked in, the receptionist Melody greeted me warmly checked me in.The doctor, Jessica Ustick was absolutely amazing! She took the time to address all my questions and explain my eye health and treatment options in a way I could easily understand. Her expertise, combined with her personable and caring demeanor, truly made me feel I was in the best hands.Dorothy walked me back to the front desk. Her pleasant voice and friendly conversation was great. I think we talked for another 5 minutes after my appointment. She was very nice and personable.Every member of the staff was genuinely nice, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I left feeling confident in the care I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of eye care.
