I just got back from my eye exam and I am thoroughly impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable and caring customer service from every employee, every step of the way. And I was able to get the perfect frames and within my budget, with my insurance I had zero out of pocket expense. I highly recommend Mann eye institute for any and all of your vision needs great service with a sincere friendly smile. They were so thorough they even got a few upgrades covered with my insurance for things I would have never thought to ask about. These ladies far exceeded my expectations and went so far above and beyond. Thankyou ladies for an amazing experience

Moved to Bay City from Louisiana and needed an optometrist who also could manage glaucoma.The whole team at Mann Eye was very nice and explained everything so that i could understand.100% recommend!

I really had a great experience all the staff are very helpful especially Dr.Graham any questions I had she took the time to explain to me in detail and she was very pleasant and understanding of myConcerns. Definitely recommend coming to the bay city location.
