Overall I had a very good experience. I had to wait about 15 minutes beyond my appointment time, but everyone was friendly and helpful. My eye exam was thorough and I was also fitted for contact lenses. I placed my order for new lenses at their retail shop. No complaints. It was a very good experience. Ive read the reviews about not being able to get anyone in the phone, but I havent called them since I made my appointment 3 months ago.
