Update: I have finally been able to have the phone answered and pay my bill. In light of the response from the practice regarding the transition, I am updating to 4 stars.Original: The doctor and medical assistants are amazing. I never have a problem with the appointments themselves.The issue that I have is that I have been trying for over a week now to pay the bill they sent me. The patient portal has to be approved and they havent given access. They also will not answer their billing phone, despite their statement saying that you can all at any time to pay by phone.I call and it rings about 3 times before going to voicemail and asks to leave a message. I work the same hours as the practice so if they were to call me back I wouldnt be able to answer.Im very annoyed with being billed and yet not being given any reliable options to pay, knowing that they will hold me in bad standing if I dont pay.You would receive amazing medical care, but be careful when they bill you.
