    We had explored solar options 3 years ago with Maine Solar Solutions, but ended up putting it on pause at that time. This winter, we decided to contact MSS again, to update the previous estimate, talk about financing options, and move forward with the project. Stefan met with us as much as we needed to guide us through the project and address any questions or concerns that we had. The installation was quick, and the installation team was professional, kind, and the work area was clean. After the install, we had more questions, and Stefan was willing and able to help more. It was a really great experience overall, and I would recommend that anyone looking to go solar reaches out to Maine Solar Solutions!

    VERY satisfied customer of Solar-Powerwall-SPAN panel installation by Maine Solar Solutions. From first contact to installation to final configuration, and all steps in-between (including financing), this company was top-notch! Its amazing to think that one day one after installation, I started getting paid by the sun. I cannot understate the quality and functionality of the tech, particularly the SPAN smart load panel, the Tesla Gateway and Tesla Powerwalls, which all provide seemless and undetectable power backup to my home. Were it not for my Tesla and SPAN apps, I would never have known about the 2 short power-outages we had in Topsham recently. Complete peace-of-mind for Maines weather patterns bringing power interruptions going forward. Special shout-out to my installation teams: SPAN/Tesla Gateway (total tear-out of old legacy load panel and rewire-install of new tech) by Adrian and Trenor; and solar install crew FIVE, Mike, Jared, Jacob, Jonas, Reuben and Noah. FABULOUS WORK! Highly recommended!!!

    We just had a 20-panel setup installed in Palermo. Everyone we have talked to has been helpful and friendly, and the crew that came out for the final installation were great. It was fun talking to them all; Everyone was friendly and personable. The final build including electrics is high quality.The SolarEdge equipment and the array itself are amazing technological marvels. I love the SolarEdge app and my wife and I feel that this is going to be a life-changing event. Even after a few days, the difference in consumption is profound. If youre undecided about who to go with, you wont go wrong with this group.

    I contacted Maine Solar Solutions in March. They came out, took all the information they needed. A few days later they were here to shoot drone shots of the roof. On June 6 we had our whole system installed in one day. From the original sales person, to the actual installers, to the office personnel they have been amazing! We couldnt be happier and their communication is excellent and very responsive. Thank you for an OUTSTANDING job!

    Maine Solar Solutions customer service is communicative and knowledgeable. I did my homework and research but they filled in the gaps and helped me understand the finer points. I felt absolutely no pressure from them in making my purchasing decision. I have natural gas heat and hot water so I didnt need a very large array but I never felt ignored or placed on the back burner. There are many steps to the process but they hold your hand the entire way. The installation team was friendly and professional. Their work was aesthetically pleasing and tidy. I really do want to stress how great their service is, because with an expensive product that is meant to last a long time you want to know that the service is there and it is.
