    Working with the team at Maine Solar Solutions was great. We chose them to do our install after speaking with friends who wholeheartedly recommended them. Our highest praise goes to the installation crew. When the date came for the install we woke to find multiple inches of snow (almost 10 inches) on the ground. When we asked if they wanted to reschedule they said they would be OK. They showed up, shovels in hand, and cleared a large path around our house, as well as the roof. The work was completed before dark and they left with smiles still on their faces.

    MSS was a true pleasure to work with from the get go. I had fun designing the solution together with Stefan. MSS just made the process such a breeze and communicated well so I knew what to expect every step of the way. The installation went very smoothly and the system was up and running in half a day. A 3rd party warranty is included so I know who to call if there are any issues. Very easy decision to go with MSS, you will not regret it!

    Maine Solar Solutions was great to work with from the beginning: they didn't need to meet with us in person, instead gathered the data needed by drone, which was a welcome time saver.They offered us the best price for our array and batteries, and ended up completing the job ahead of schedule! Everyone on the team was friendly and competent.

    I am very happy with to do with the installation including communication with the workmen, their product, and the associated software that allows me to monitor my kilowatt hour production and usage.I will acknowledge that some of the aspects of the communication both prior to installation and subsequent to it may be my fault and my failure to pay adequate attention to detail. It would have been helpful to have a singular contact person to communicate with prior to installation. They delegate responsibilities within the company, which is understandable, but makes it hard from the consumer perspective to know who to contact regarding any given issue.Subsequent to installation, I became aware that I would be generating electricity prior to Central Maine Power crediting me for the electricity that I was generating. Again, I again acknowledge that perhaps I shouldve paid more attention to detail, and that this may be more of a CMP problem than a Maine Solar Solutions issue. It has however been difficult to get credit for the electricity I have produced prior to completed certification of our installation. Perhaps, Maine Solar Solutions could devise a mechanism to facilitate this transition process to make sure that no kilowatt hours are donated to the grid.The bottom line; I would use them again without hesitation. By all appearances, they provide high-quality workmanship and product.
