Not transparent about the end result of what you will be producing. Make sure to ask what percentage of savings you will have. You will still have a CMP bill, ask them what percentage your panels will produce. The install was easy and timely, but transparency is questionable with this company.updated 4/2/2024 yes the owner, Sam contacted us, admitted his company did not follow standard operating protocols told us that it was their fault,Only to change his tune at the 11th hour and blame us for not asking the right questions. I still stand behind my original statement and I would be happy to share my story so that this doesnt happen to anyone else!

Maine Solar a top-notch solar company. Their proposals are very thorough. Their staff --- both sales and field are incredibly knowledgeable. Field survey was incredibly easy and I didn't even need to be home, nor did anyone need to punch any holes in my ceilings. Interest rates are fantastic and they'll take care of all the complicated permitting with the city or town. Their product offerings are an incredible value. I believe this is going to be the right installer for most folks needs!

Maine Solar Solutions have been great communicators every step of the way. From signing up for a quote when we met the owner (I think?) at the Common Ground Fair 6 months ago, through today when their installation crew finished up the 2-day install, we've been very happy we went with this company for our solar panel system. Strongly recommend!
