    Maine Solar Solutions installed a system at my house in February. Every part of the experience was excellent. Aaron's initial site visit was incredibly thorough. Maureen kept me informed every step of the way. Sam (the owner) helped me with a clarification of the contract. The permitting and CMP document process was smooth and handled well. The crew doing the install was the most pleasant group I have ever worked with, and went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied. My system is working exactly as I had hoped, and Maine Solar Solutions did everything (and more) that they had promised to do. I did look into several companies before making my decision. I would choose Maine Solar Solutions again in a heartbeat.

    We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Maine Solar Solutions. From our initial inquiry, through the design phase and continuing through installation, all of their representatives were very friendly and helpful, extremely competent, and completely professional. It felt like we were having trusted friends doing the work for us. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering going solar!

    Based on our experience, I strongly recommend Maine Solar Solutions. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process, and the level of service was really excellent. Our system required a transformer upgrade -- that's something CMP has to do, and they delayed a long time in doing it. Maine Solar has no control over that, but pretty much the instant CMP was finished upgrading the transformer, Maine Solar came over on very short notice to turn on our system. If I haven't explained this well enough, here's the bottom line: Maine Solar Solutions went above and beyond to get our system up and running.I can't say too much about the system itself yet, as it was just turned on this morning, but all of our panels are operational and currently generating some power even on a cloudy December morning. But based on the service we've gotten so far, if we do encounter any problems or issues in the future, I'm pretty confident that Maine Solar Solutions will do whatever they can to resolve them quickly. All in all, I'm very satisfied, and would definitely recommend them!
