I have been going here for many years now. Dr Walters and Dr Acord have been really great. Check in is fast and billing has always gone smoothly. No complaints.

Everyone was professional and kind. My only negative comment would be that I waited in the examination room for over a half hour before I saw Dr. Howler. I would recommend that the wait be longer in the reception/waiting room. Ten minutes, I think, is the longest a patient should be waiting in the consultation room. Thanks!

I was in Maine on vacation and my eye doctor at home wanted me to have my eye pressure checked while on vacation due to recent eye issues. Maine Eye accommodated me and I saw Dr. Hannah Cavelli (sp?). I was very happy that they were willing to see me (with a referral from my home doctor of course) after another practice had told me they wouldn't see me and Dr. Cavelli was kind and thorough. My eyes were fine but if I had been having (or if I have any) issues, there's no doubt in my mind that they have the resources to handle it ( in particular a retina specialist).
