I recently came to Loden Vision Center - Paris for a LASIK evaluation, and since, had my surgery and returned back to Paris for my post-operative visit. From the moment I walked in the door, the front desk ladies were kind and courteous, gave me clear check-in instructions. It is nice to walk into a medical facility and immediately see kind, smiling faces. In the clinical area, the technicians and other staff were all very polite and professional. The surgery counselor gave me an ample amount of information to better prepare me for my surgery and was very knowledgeable. From my evaluation to my post-op, Dr. Carrico made me feel less anxious about the surgery and celebrated with me in my new vision post surgery, and I am so glad he will be doing all of my vision care from here out. Overall, I give the LVC - Paris location a 5 star rating and would go higher if I could. I have recommended this business to all friends and family. I feel I cannot adequately put into words how grateful I am for the care I received at this business.
