Had an amazing experience with Loden (Nashville branch)! Everyone I encountered from start to finish was friendly and accommodating. Nothing was pushed & I could ask as many questions as I want. Ive had so many issues with my eyes in the past, and never had such a seamless experience with a doctors office or procedure before. After Lasik I have 20/15 vision & my life has changed for the better! Dr. Loden is such a pleasant doctor & you can tell the staff are happy. Thank you Loden!

I am so pleased with my eye surgery. The whole process was straightforward and simple. I could see perfectly later that day. I have nothing but kind things to say about Loden.

Dr Jerkins diagnosed my condition in about a minute, something i had suffered with for some time and misdiagnosed by others. I started feeling better within 24 hours of his prescription. Although Dr Jerkins is a less friendly, straight to the point, matter of fact doctor, he was knowledgeable with clear explanations of medical issues and what's to be done. So his manner did not bother me because of the confidence i quickly had in him. It's a big clinic and i was surprised there was only one doctor on staff that day, so I waited one hour. But overall I'm glad this is the place i chose.
