Wow! I just received the best customer service and a complete overall experience when purchasing eye glasses. When selecting eyewear, Tommy Kao delivered outstanding service. He helped me select my glasses, explained options, and recommended eyewear protection and options I didn't know where available for me. Thanks again Tommy for all your help, you are awesome!

Such a professional and amazing place. If you want Lasik done, this is the place to come. You wont regret it!! Staff is super friendly and always are there to help. Love the Loden vision center!

Dr. Haddad: "Does that make sense?" She asks me this 4-5 times throughout our visit, every time. It's such a small thing but it means so much because so often doctors say things that might not make sense and then quickly move on to the next and you never really understand. My eyes love to act up so I have been in with Dr. Haddad at least 6 times in the last 4 months. She is conservative for my sake when she can be and tells me like it is when she can't be. It's been an adventure but she is finally getting my eyes to a functioning level. I'd recommend her over and over again. She knows what she's talking about and one of the kindest doctors I have ever met.

I am 45 and have had to wear glasses from 16 years of age until last week! I have never been able to see past 2 feet in front of me. Now 7 days after my monovision lazik, I am typing on this smartphone clear as it can be without glasses or readers! Sitting here on my front porch admiring all the homes this spring day and I can clearly see each brick and leaf on the trees! Truly a life changing quick and easy procedure I would recommend. Great staff; very friendly and professional!

Thomas Kai is the reason I will continue to come back here. He stayed late on a Friday to get my order out in and didnt complain or act at all put off by the fact it was 530 friday before we left. Give that man a raise. Dr Parker was good too.
