I had an extremely pleasant experience whilst having my cataract procedure! The staff were so friendly and professional and I was made to feel comfortable and very relaxed as soon as l walked in the door to when I left.Dr Loden explained what he was doing as the procedure was taking place which reassured me.I cannot recommend Lodens enough
