Annabella was a great Opthamology Tech and Dr. Hopkins has a great bedside manner. I am grateful to now have an Ophthalmologist closer to me so I dont have to travel downtown. My entire experience in office was professional, upscale and thorough. I did have an issue with Alma in the optical center two days later when I called, she cut me off mid sentence. Her customer service was very rude. Please note: if you need your PD number to order classes elsewhere, you will be required to return to the office and pay an additional $40. I thought this was slightly unprofessional and almost scam like to find out after the fact.
