Thank you Dr Loden and staff for taking such wonderful care of me!! I came to you with serious problems from a bad cataract surgery and you immediately put my fears to rest. Then you replaced and repaired the incorrect cataract and restored my vision!!!!! Yay. I love the care and compassion I received as I was very nervous and scared and worried. Not anymore. Thank you seems so little, but what you and your staff do is wonderful. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart! P/S Im typing this just 1 day after the other eye cataract surgery!

Been a patient here since 2007 and have has nothing but GREAT service. Everyone has always been friendly and courteous. Highly recommended for just general checkup as well as Lasik.

I would like to praise your wonderful work, your compassion towards your patients, and all of your staff that were so kind and giving. I was not scared for one second once I arrived. My mother put off cataract surgery for years, WHAT A WAIST OF WONDERFUL SIGHT! She went from not being able to drive to 20\15 vision! She said the procedure is virtually painless and was done so quickly!. The professional staff very caringly explained things to her elderly understanding. She had the surgery one day, went in and had the protective patch removed the next. When the patch was removed the only thing she could say was WOW! Since there are several centers in this area she was able to have her surgery at the Goodlettsville location and post op services were done at the Gallatin center which was more convenient for her. I dont have cataracts at this time in my life but if I ever do....I know where Im going.....LODEN VISION CENTER! And I wont wait,

I had iLasik surgery procedure performed a few months ago and the experience was great. The entire process for me was smooth and painless. Dr. Loden and his staff were professional. The only kickback was when I went to their surgery building on surgery day, before I was sent back the woman behind the counter said Ok your payment is four thousand so so and so dollars. She had no idea that I had setup a carecredit account. So, other than small lack of communication, my eyes see better than perfect. Worth every penny in my opinion.
