    I called for an eye appointment and to my surprise the lady stated I could see Dr. Dahlia Haddad @ 3:00 ... Now this was the same day I was setting up the appointment and in fact I didnt take the time to kinda see what reviews this particular doctor had ... The staff was very kind and their office is exquisite! Yes I was skeptical at first not necessarily scared however not necessarily far from that thought lol... Dr. Haddad was incredibly interestingly intelligent and she was very precise and explained everything related to my optical health eyes and addressed all my questions and concerns... She had the manors of your most seasoned private doctors and I would recommend this lady to anyone whom is in concern with their vision or just wants to know whether they have any eye related diseases fortunately I didnt and I am very grateful for my health and this intelligent and beautiful doctor as well.

    Place is very nice and clean. Techs were very nice to me and the family. The procedure was one of the easiest thing I have done. Dr. Loden was nice and encouraging during the process.

    I wish I had done this years ago. I dont know why I have waited so long. But if you are on the fence sign up for your free consult today. I have been so impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of every member of Dr. Loden Staff. You imminently feel at ease and well informed at every step of the way. I had my surgery 4 days ago and I already fell great. And the recover process has been so positive and pain free.

    I did not know how blind I was until I had cataract surgery with Loden Vision. I can see to drive at night and do not need my bifocals anymore. Praises for Dr. Loden and his team for doing this for me.

    Today was my first visit here. The staff was incredibly friendly. Ive had glasses and contacts for years so Im not new to the optical world. The only thing that is preventing me from going back is the girl they have in optical. After politely telling her twice that I wanted to browse until ready, she stood there awkwardly shoulder to shoulder until I decided on a pair. Then she kept trying to upsell me. I finally told her I would purchase online. She then tried to discredit online retailers instead of selling the benefits of purchasing through Loden. I appreciate her attempt but it was so uncomfortable and awkward. I secretly hoped the gentleman would finish with his patient so he could help me. Ive been in sales for over 10 years and this girl didnt recognize social cues or that her customer would have purchased had she backed off. If I return, it will be to work with the guy there, not that girl.
