    Outstanding experience. This was my first visit, however, it will not be my last. I was there to see Dr. Parker and my first point of contact upon entering the building was the receptionist. She was friendly, welcoming, and gracious; an excellent ambassador for the practice. In addition to the receptionist and the well versed Dr. Parker, I directly interacted with five support staff and each was equally professional and helpful. I received a thorough exam and my concerns and questions were satisfactorily addressed. The overall environment of the practice is inviting, calm, and comfortable. Kudos to all of you.

    I went in for a Lasik consult and was met with utmost professionalism and respect. From the front door I was greeted instantly and politely as well as escorted directly to the proper wing of the building for my appointment. The Consult was as timely as it can be. We are talking about your eyes here. That being said they are very thorough and quick to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Every staff member I encountered from my first day there to the day of the surgery were polite, helpful, and professional. The day of surgery.......they are machines! They make you feel comfortable and important and go over everything in depth all over again. The team is very proficient in their process. The surgery itself.....the best way to describe it is that it is different. It is unlike anything Ive ever done. I was nervous and a bit uncomfortable but the team does everything they can to put you at ease. Before you know it its over and your back in the waiting room and the wonderful service continues until your ride picks you up. Follow up appointment you are met with the same kind and helpful professionalism. Everyone at this establishment sets the bar very high for any other establishment to compete with. If your wanting lasik, dont sit wanting anymore. Take the leap and give Loden a call. You will not regret your decision. The only regret you will have is that you waited as long as you did.
