Had the smile procedure with no problems, the videos made it look scarier than it actually was. They made me as comfortable as possible and the doctors made sure everything was perfect beforehand

My visit was positive. There was a mix-up about my reporting noticeable bilateral eye pain which the doctor misunderstood because my eye exam showed minimal abnormality. At checkout the reported problems were properly addressed by the checkout staff. I was given the proper medication at no cost. Kudos to the very alert checkout staff lady who made sure the problem was addressed before I was discharged. Thank you Kovach for employing alert and caring staff who recognizes a potential problem and makes sure that the patient/client is treated safely and properly.
