The visit was good. The staff is friendly and makes good attempts to keep appointments moving along. However, Dr. Kovac tends to spend time with his patients (not a bad thing) asking questions and being informative. So he always seems to be running late. But because he is so helpful and informative it is difficult to be upset over wait times. Each patient gets his full and undivided attention.

Overall my experience has been very with the exception of the retina specialist. The specialist appeared to be in a hurry and did not look at the eye even though I expressed having pain in the eye.
