Dr. Kovach, Layla, and the entire team at Kovach Institute provided an exceptional level of care and professionalism. I came in with extreme poor eyesight, having worn gas-permeable contact lenses since I was 13 years old, and I was deeply concerned about my condition. Dr. Kovach and the team did what I thought was impossible, transforming my experience in a way that has been truly life-changing. Their dedication, follow-through, and expertise gave me a new outlook, and I cannot thank them enough. I went to Kovach Eye in Lincolnwood for a post cataract check with Dr. Gradianu. I was greeted by Hazel at the front desk. I found her to be quite welcoming and helpful. I waited just a short time and was taken back by Leila for photos. She explained everything and was very kind. I then proceeded to an exam room where they examined my eyes and eventually met with Dr. Gradianu. He took time to get to know me and explained why I was having difficulty with my eyesight. He answered all my questions and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He explained that a laser procedure would remedy the problem. This was a Thursday and I couldnt believe that they were able to get me scheduled for the laser procedure on Monday! This procedure was done at their own surgery center which is state of the art. My experience there was every bit a good as my initial visit to their clinic. That evening, just a few hours after my procedure, I noticed a huge improvement in my eyesight. I was able to read again without struggling. My entire experience was a 10/10! I highly recommend Dr. Gradianu and Kovach Eye Institute!!
