The staff is great. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. What keeps me from giving 5 stars is the ridiculous wait time. Each time Im there about 1.5-2 hours but only see a medical professional for maybe 15 minutes of that time. They really need to get a handle on their scheduling process.

The receptionist was so nice and all the girls who helped and talk to me today and Dr. Kovach were great not a long wait at all cant wait to get my eyes done

Treatment and service during my recent cross linking procedure was exceptional, as has been all of my treatment. Dr Gradianu has been wonderful, and a special shout-out to the tech Hector who was performing my procedure. His bedside manner and knowledgeability made an unpleasant procedure fly by, and his choice of a certain bandage contact that fit me better than the one used on my first procedure improved my recovery experience exponentially.
