Nothing but good experiences at this facility. Staff was great, nice clean facility, and they adhered pretty closely to the scheduled times. Additionally, Ive been very happy with the results of the cataract surgery performed by Dr Mateen.

In the summer of 2024 I had cataract surgery. I developed swelling in the retina of both my eyes. According to my optometrist, Dr Palermo, this sometimes happens. I called the Kovach Eye institute in the morning and Anoop Nehra responded. He was very helpful. He calmed me down and set up an appointment with Dr. Grandeanu. Since then he has been working with me and helping me to not worry and answer my many questions. Anoop is a very caring individual and has a real empathy for his patients. He never gets impatient with my many calls and often calls me to see how my eyes are doing. When I come in for an appointment if he is in the office he will do my initial screening and go over it with me in detail. I would recommend this individual with the highest confidence since he truly is passionate about his work. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty.Sincerely,Al Iverson
