Great experience with the doctor. He pays attention and genuinely seems to care and works to put you at ease. Improvement needed in managing appointments. I waited over an hour past my appointment time and was only taken after I complained to the desk attendees.

Kovach Eye is a warm and caring place. They agreed to see when no other Dr would see me because I dont wear regular glasses. They care about patients and treat you with respect. I have been a patient with them for 3 years. Their professionalism is beyond anything I have ever seen at any Drs office. Truly the Gold standard in medical care!

I recommend Dr. Kovach and crew to you without reservation. My circumstances were not the best, yet I have a great outcome, I believe due to Dr. Kovachs skill. His support staff were all incredibly up-to-speed as well - Big Shout to Mr. Christian, Ms. Yitzy, Ms. Charlene AKA Dr. Twilight ( my nick for her! ) and last, Mr. Mauricio who prepped me for surgery. I am very very grateful that my DO, Dr. Nancy Prybylo reffered me here.
