I been here over two years now for my vision issues.Staff are very easy to talk too.To find solutions to the problem .They need to find a way for there customers not to wait long period at a time.

Very nice doctors, and medical assistants , very thorough and nice . No long waits and answer all questions we may have . Rx are available as soon as he needs them, ( eye drops) .

My appointment was at 2:15. I was not taken into to start my exam until approximately 2:50. I never left the office until 5 pm. No one ever noted the late start. I think the office needs to do a better job of acknowledging that the patients time is just as important as the doctors and his support staff. This has routinely happened over my last few appointments. Perhaps they are also overbooking? Additionally, my exam began with having a photo taken of my retina. I had no idea why this was being done and needed to ask several questions. Again, I feel the office had failed to communicate with me about what my exam was going to include at this appointment. The explanation given to me in response to my inquiry did answer my questions but I felt as though I had to drag the information out of them.

The staff is always nice. Appointments are short, no long wait times. Dr. Kovach is wonderful.
