Hector was extremely professional, educating me on what the peripheral eye testing would entail.He took the time to explain my eye tests and the results. The front desk staff greeted me and made me feel welcome.

I was unfortunate to have experienced an emergent, acute condition, and was referred by my optometrist. Luckily, Dr. Charles was available downtown, and saw me immediately. Ended up having something concerning, but ultimately manageable.Along with Dr. Charles, I also saw Dr. Mateen. Both physicians were thorough and conscientious, and properly explained my condition, along with other concerns in a through manner.The doctors, along with the techs (Hector) made for an excellent medical experience, and I would recommend that Kovach for your eye care needs. I, also, manage medical facilities, and tend to be especially critical, and I have no criticism here.
