    My brother was recently diagnosed with a serious eye issue requiring a particular medication that was extremely difficult to locate and obtain. None of the local pharmacies were able or willing to take the time to help us and we desperately needed to find this medication. Thanks to the professionalism and dedication of Anoop, one of the Optometric Assistants at Kovach Eye Institute, we were finally able to secure the medication. He went out of his way to assist us and truly went above and beyond expectations - on his own time. He is always professional and kind but this act of kindness and respect and concern for a patient, was absolutely remarkable. We are so grateful and thankful for Anoop and want to spread the word about the difference he makes.
