    Dr. Kovach and his staff have been great! Both cataract surgeries have gone well. Dr. Kovach has also been aggressively treating the macular edema that developed after my first surgery. I would recommend Dr. Kovach to everyone.

    I had cataracts removed in both eyes with the symphony multifocal lens put in using laser surgery. Our first visit was a detailed explanation of the procedure and cost layout with different lenses or plain lens and still wear glasses. A video on laser surgery vs manual was also shown describing the precision that laser is capable of. It was a no brainer to do laser although the cost was more than expected for the laser and lens but you get what you pay for.Matte had setup all scheduling and a payment plan. The surgery took less than 15 minutes per eye and turned out just as expected. Vivid colors and clear vision without the need for glasses. The two different eye drops multiple times a day, an eye patch at night and sunglasses when you go outside is needed post surgery. I created a spreadsheet to keep track of the eye drops which helped to ensure we did not miss any.As of day two of the second eye, it all works with vision getting better as time goes on.Dr. Kovach and his staff was a pleasure to work with, good results and would highly recommend them.

    I highly recommend Dr. Mateen AliNiazee. I had a severe eye infection that was previously diagnosed by two optometrists as conjuctivitis. When my symptoms failed to improve after medication and 4 weeks of waiting, I was referred to Dr. Mateen. He was very knowledgeable, and took a different approach to treating my condition. He prescribed a variety of inexpensive medication and a different regimen to combat my double bacterial & viral eye infection. My symptoms began to clear up almost immediately, which was a huge relief considering all of the other failed attempts by other doctors. Dr. Mateen is a very warm and caring doctor who truly cares about his patients. He took time to explain in layman's terms what he saw during my examination, and what direction he would take in order to treat me. He made me feel very comfortable, and I felt confident that I was in good hands. In addition, staff was friendly and very helpful when scheduling appointments. Not to mention, the office is absolutely beautiful! I 100% recommend this location. THANK YOU, DR. MATEEN!
