    When I arrived at the office in Elmhurst, I was very impressed it is modern, comfortable and clean. After seeing two other general practice doctors the redness in my eyes only seemed to worsen. Dr. Kovach prescribed yet a third type of eye drop and I was skeptical, but after only one day the redness in my eyes was already clearing. I am so happy with my experience that I have made another appointment for a comprehensive eye exam.

    If you have any eye issues, this is the place for you. Unbelievable expertise, the latest in technology for precision in technique, and a friendly, competent staff. Dr. Kovach is warm, caring and thorough. He answered any and all my questions, and reassured me, so that my procedure went flawlessly. I can see better than ever, and said goodbye to glasses forever. He will continue to monitor my eyes as I age, making me feel confident that I am in excellent hands. I highly recommend him.

    I am giving5 stars to Gloria at the front desk at 150 n Michigan. I visited Kovach Eye Institute a few months ago and thanks to Gloria it was a wonderful experience. She was knowledgeable, professional and so sweet. I wish I had an employee like her working for me! Gloria if they don't value someone like you... give me a call=) you're a gem!

    Professional and courteous staff, very comfortable waiting area with instructional TV programming, and on-time appointments. They take great care focusing on your eye problems and giving you all options available. Dr. Mateen is one of those doctors that you immediately feel at ease with and his homestyle treatment for a sty was an eye opener!Thank you, Dr. Mateen and staff. You guys rock!
