    So happy with my lasik procedure I had done last May! Wish I would have seen Dr. Kovach years ago!

    Whatever you do, stay away from this place. They are bold face liars. My right eye is worse that before my surgery. They tell me they will fix it because the calculations were incorrect. Now, they want to charge me thousands of dollars to fix it. No one answers phones, no one returns calls, and they are scam artists. My insurance company made 7 requests for my medical records and they never responded.

    The administrative staff and technicians are kind, timely, and efficient, and the procedures I had were fast and successful. However of my five appointments, only one had minimal wait time. For the others I arrived on time and waited 90 minutes, three times for a 5-minute procedure. Today I arrived at 2: 35 for a 2:45 appointment, saw the doctor for my procedure at 4:15, and it took me an hour and a half to get home in rush hour. I shouldn't have been in rush hour if the doctor had not overbooked again.

    I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes. Even before cataracts, I had very poor vision and have worn "Coke Bottle" glasses since I was 12. I am 58 years old; young for cataracts so I went with the Symfony(R) lens for both eyes. This particular lens allows you to see far and near without glasses or contacts. I cannot tell you how amazing it is to be able to wake up and NOT have to search for my glasses, or endure contacts. IT IS AN AMAZING GIFT TO SEE! Dr. Kovach was my surgeon. He is professional, personable, kind and caring. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions. Anytime I called the office with a question before, during or after my surgery, the staff either picked up the phone RIGHT AWAY or called me back within minutes. It's a little scary having eye surgery done but Dr. Kovach and the staff made this experience one that I will always be thankful for. I highly recommend them!
