Appointment started off badly with having to wait 1 hr. Pasted my appointment time. After being shown in to room all workers were very friendly and helpful. The I doctor was very friendly and professional

I love Heaton Eye Associates. Every one is professional and friendly, courteous and kind. Ive been going there for years and Ill never go anywhere else.

My kiddo can be a little fussy sometimes, and going to eye dr can be kind of scary for him, but they did impeccably well with him. All of the staff was patient, kind, took the time to explain procedures to him. The Dr that saw him was AMAZING! She had the most soothing vibe I have ever seen, so kind, I was VERY impressed with her. I think I even said to the nurse Wow! Shes awesome!. The entire staff, from the girls at the front desk to the nurses and the doctors are 5 stars all the way. Keep up the amazing work guys, people do notice.
