I would recommend going to Heaton Eye Associates for any eye related issue you may have. I have been to a number of eye facilities and have never received such a thorough eye exam. It was such a pleasant experience, I know, you dont normally use the word pleasant with any type of exam but I can honestly say that the experience was a pleasant one. From the moment I walked into the Front door and was greeted by the friendliest staff at the front desk to being introduced to Amita who performed all of the tests, to Karen Who came in and performed another procedure and then Dr. Marshall came in and actually took time to explain every small detail to me. He explained what was needed and why and made sure I understood what was to happen next. I left the facility very pleased with all of the friendly and generous treatment I had received. It is very rare in todays society to be able to say that you were treated as an actual person and not just a number. So I would like to say Thank you to all of the staff at Heaton eye Associates for making my visit a very pleasant experience.

First, the office and staff are friendly, courteous and professional, makes one feel comfortable like family. Dr's Heaton and Marshall are generally concerned about you and your health. Have been their patient for many years, not a better place to handle your eye concerns.

Heaton does everything right. First, it is easy to find and has a large parking lot. People are coming for eye problems so why not have a large parking lot with wide spaces? Heaton has that. The facility is large, clean, bright, and staffed with very friendly people. There is coffee. They have restrooms. They have things to look at and read. They keep a schedule so wait times are short. The doctors I have seen are uniformly personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I left satisfied that I had received top notch care.
