Dr. Heaton and his team provided a perfect experience for me . I had elective lens replacement to get rid of the need for glasses. I am truly amazed at how well I can see without glasses and was very impressed with the entire staff at Heaton's. I too wish I could give more than 5 stars. It has been a great experience and of course I give God the most credit which Dr. Heaton would fully understand.Best wishes to all at Heaton Eye Associates!

Having worked in the healthcare field for 30 years, it becomes easy to find faults within the domain of healthcare operation. With the staff, procedures or the doctors. In my visits to Heaton Eye Associates I have not seen any problems. The staff is always a 110 percent giving into seeing that your visits are pleasant and very professional, yes I do try to trip them up by asking questions I know that they should not answer. They don't fall for it. Dr Heaton is a very well respected physican and explains what you need to know. Other clinics should take lessons.

I am a patient of Heaton Eye Associates in Longview. Their staff is so professional and friendly, and they have made me feel so comfortable! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will go to their Tyler office for my cataract surgery and I am not nervous at all because I know they will treat me just as wonderful as their Longview office does!
