I dearly LOVE DR. REFFELL.I am Very satisfied with his Professionalism and knowledge. He takes Time to LISTEN. And he take TIME TO EXPLAIN to make you understand more easily.Im not at all pleased with the wait times at either Office.A patient should not have to Wait for 1-2 hrs to be seen in an office, regardless of what office.The people IN CHARGE should HIRE MORE STAFF AND NOT OVER BOOK PATIENTS. I will Not be back at the McAllen Office again. That place could be compared to a 3rd World Establishment! Almost inhumane! Packed wall to wall with patients with no good ventilation and the body odors and smells from being packed in a room with infants to Elderly patients is absolutely ridiculous! Your staff is not adequate.

My experience going to Gulf Coast Eye Institute with Massala Reffell was great, felt very comfortable with him and he really explains to you what is going on. Do not want to see you leave as you such a great asset to this clinic.
