Excellent service! Dr. Reffell is an excellent doctor. He attended to my 84-year-old mother; he was very patient with her. He was very specific with my mother's diagnostics. I will set an appointment for myself. Love the staff.

Arrived, was seen within minutes. No long wait. Dr Tawfik and his staff did a very thorough comprehensive eye exam, including dilation and I was done and out I less than 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the experience.

Amazing receptionist! So helpful from the beginning. Staff is amazing & The ophthalmologist was so so kind & he treated my newborn with care and love. This is what 10000/100 customer service is. 100% recommend for anyone and EVERYONE to come here. Thank you Gulf Coast Eye Institute in Weslaco!
