AH-MAZE-ING!!!! From start to finish, I felt as if everyone ensured I was informed, comfortable, and confident in my decision. The initial appointment was thorough and all my questions were answered. I voiced my concerns, about SMILE vs Lasik, and Dr. Goel not only answered them, but sat with me and provided as much information to ensure I was comfortable with my decision. The office staff is so polite and professional. I was clearly nervous and they melted my worries away! Dr. Goel walked me through every step of the procedure, and ensured quality and precision was attained with each eye. The procedure lasted no more than 10-12 minutes and I was comfortable throughout. Later the same evening, Dr. Goel called me and followed up with me directly and again answered any questions I had. I was able to see about 50% directly after SMILE, and every day has been an improvement! I highly recommend Dr. Goel and his staff for all of your lasik needs! I am extremely happy with the outcome and my only regret is that I did not have this done sooner. Thank you Dr. Goel and your staff!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Dr. Goel and his team were extremely pleasant, professional, informative and responsive. Dr. Goel explained the procedure in detail prior to, and even on the day of, my eye surgery. He eased my fears and provided exceptional care. His entire staff exuded superb customer service. Phone calls and emails were answered promptly, and everyone was kind and eager to help. I would highly recommend his office to anyone interested in laser eye surgery!

My entire process was fantastic! From the team working in the office, to the techs and the Dr it was a great experience. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They made the process very easy and relaxing. Dr Goel is a great doctor and you are in good hands with him. He has a great bedside manner and his voice is very calming. From the moment I met him he walked me through the entire procedure and answered any questions I had. You get to pick music to play in the room while the procedure is occurring and Dr Goel explains step by step what needs to be done. The procedure goes by so quick and you wont believe the results. Dr Goel even followed up with me personally after my procedure later in the evening just to see how I was doing. Overall if you are going to go anywhere for eye correction procedures I highly recommend Goel Vision.
